If you love the Christmas season, then Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is the perfect event for you! Get ready for snow on Main Street U.S.A., nighttime fireworks, dancing Disney characters, and much more. These holly jolly Christmas events will be held on select nights from November 8 through December 22, 2022, from 7 pm-midnight. Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration will also be running during the Christmas 2022 season.
Get into the holiday spirit as Minnie Mouse, your host, guides you through a spectacular show during Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks. As Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade passes by, gather along the route and wave to some familiar faces. At the end of your day head to the Cinderella Castle for Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration.
EPCOT®: International Festival of the Holidays
The EPCOT® International Festival of the Holidays is sure to be one of the best Christmas events to get you in the Christmas spirit. It runs from November 25 through December 30, 2022, and Santa Claus will join storytellers from around the world as they share their holiday traditions. It’s sure to be magical!
Celebrate the return of Candlelight Processional beginning on November 25, 2022, this long-standing tradition of heartwarming holiday performances at America Gardens Theatre. Guests will enjoy beloved songs from Broadway and popular music performed by a celebrity narrator who travels throughout the show and interacts with guests along his journey.
And if all that doesn’t get you in the festive spirit, then perhaps Guardians of the Galaxy’s new “Christmas Rewind” overlay will do it for you! We can’t wait to ride through space with Christmas carols while Groot dances around the moon!
Disney’s Animal Kingdom®: Merry Menagerie of winter creatures
The return of a Merry Menagerie of winter creatures realized in the form of life-size, artisan-sculpted puppets will bring Animal Kingdom® to life.
Also the Discovery Drummers Festive Flotilla, which features a group of percussionists traveling around Discovery River and entertaining guests on shore, will return. Enjoy the Christmas events at Disney’s Animal Kingdom®, and watch Santa Claus sail across the Discovery River as part of a festive flotilla!

During the holiday season, Hollywood Studios® is a must-see Disney park, especially for one of our favorite Christmas events, Sunset Seasons Greetings, which returns to the Hollywood Holiday Tower Hotel on Sunset Boulevard. The towers of this hotel will be dressed up with a winter wonderland that includes falling snow, a white Christmas tree, and even Santa Claus himself!
The next Christmas events will not disappoint you either! A Muppets gingerbread masterpiece featuring Gonzo as Santa Claus is sure to delight guests. You can also expect special holiday touches at Toy Story Land, which will be decked out in festive decorations, Echo Lake that’s once again expected to get decked out for the holidays, Minnie Mouse hosting a yuletide feast at Hollywood & Vine with the return of Minnie’s Holiday Dine, and Santa Claus cruising down Hollywood Blvd in his candy-apple red convertible during the Santa Claus Merry Motorcade, plus plenty more fun all around!
Disney Springs®: Christmas Tree Stroll
The Christmas Tree Stroll, a festive evening of holiday shopping and eating in which guests may enjoy a midnight stroll around the Town Center that includes ice skating, live entertainment, photographs with Santa Claus, and more, will return to Disney Springs®.
In addition to this annual tradition, you can also enjoy nightly snowfall in Town Center as Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar becomes Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar and features yuletide touches alongside festive food and craft cocktails.
